I worked for zomato for one week in chennai. I start my delivery job at 11 am to 10 pm due to covid restrictions. And I worked 34 hours in 4 days but at 5th day they suspended my app and I got notifications that my bgv is failed ( background verification) I contacted the team leader and he asked my aadar card photos and I sent it through what’s app. On that day itself I got msg that my account is suspended and they cannot activate it. I tried to contact team leader he didn’t respond. So my petrol money for one week and zomato assets I bought from zomato for 400 rupees and one week of hardwork got wasted. I earned 2800 rupees from working on zomato and it didn’t credited to my account. I delivered over 42 delivery in 4 days for zomato and all they did to me is cheating. What can a engineer who has no earning for his family can do to it??
