Dear Team

my issue is i have recharged Airtel DTH for Rs 300/- on 6th of October 2021 – Wednesday at 7.52 PM via Airtel bank and payment was successfully debited from my account and when i switched on DTH set top box to view the channels and it was no signal and the error as B001 which is clearly states as this could be bad connection or bad weather condition at your end or broadcasting center. i immediately called the airtel customer care number and spoke with executive name Iwin Kumar and i explained him about the issue and gave me solution to restart the box and to switch it on the box and i did all troubleshoot but the  result is negative and also he told me the your technician team will come to check on this and there will be service charge of Rs.150/- which i have to pay and i totally disagreed with that because your technician team not come and see where the issue has occurred and i asked to refund the  recharge amount which i paid and asked to come and take this Airtel dth toy box which is not at all worth and the executive promised that i will get a call back in 1 hour approx 8 Pm and no one has called me to resolve this issue by giving a false commitment and again i called customer care which the person gave the same instruction an dhe told the concern team wil contact me to resolve this issue and he has register a complaint and i haven’t received any message regarding this matter.

I asked airtel to return the recharge amount of Rs.300/ which I paid and haven’t utilized and also when we missed to recharge dth, they will immediately disconnect the service and will send lots of reminder as you treat us as we are like debtors to you and i have paid and they are cheating to not providing the service to the customer at the same looting the money from us. What kind of business this is they are scamming the customer’s money.

I asked them immediate action to refund my cash without debiting a single paisa and take their box.
