Image Uploaded by kiruthika jennifer:I had ordered food(1 fudge and 1 sea salt caramel ice cream) on 08-08-20 from one of the zomato listed restaurant (Fudged by novotel Hotel nadambakkam), through zomato app. the restaurant name is Fudge by novotel hotel, first the food was way expensive but since I wanted gluten free option these were the only available, the quality of food was utter waste, the fudge was awful, it was completely not tasty,and I think the food was expired well which made the food to taste bitter. I raised the request with zomato support, instead of helping they just started convincing me by saying sorry and nothing was quite helping and asking pictures as if pictures might help. I requested them to refund the amount because I don’t want to order them again as it was digusting.There are many flaws ordering food online through apps, such as food packed cannot be identified if it is from the expected place, as the package wont be including bill, or restaurant name or label. When i complaint about the food they said restaurant people are not responding on call, which means they don’t authenticate the restaurant they just blindly add the hotels on the zomato list. Why they must do that, I thought it would be a good food because it was from a reputed restaurant and from zomato. This is the far more worst experience, To the amount I spent on this there should be a atleast a bit good experience but big NO worst. Zomato was not even OWNING this they never refunded me the amount of Rs.474.64
