My booking reference number with Fabhotels is 6UZ79D at Mahadev cottage Manali, for 3 rooms details as below
Check-in: 26 Dec 2022, 12:00 PM onwards
Check-out: 28 Dec 2022, 11:00 AM or before
Breakfast included: Yes
Amenities included: Parking, Restaurant, In-House Kitchen, etc.

On 26th DEC I reached hotel with small kids, the hotel person said there is no booking and they also said, they don’t know FabHotels. I made this booking 3 months ahead, so that there should not be any problem. I made number of calls in FabHotels call center number, and every time they have confirmed my bookings for 3 rooms.
I have called from Mahadev Cottage to Febhotel call center and wait for 10 mins over the call hold. Finally the call center guy reply “ Sorry Sir, there is no room available and we are processing your refund” and complete the call. The hotel was far away from Manali Mall, I have to Rs 2000 extra to the cab to find another hotel. I faced lot trouble, all hotels are Manali booked in DEC. So have to pay premium price for my stay at other hotel in Manali whereas my Fabhotel Mahadev Cottage was booked 3 months back.
The story does not end here, I have followed up by email 4 to 5 times for my refund, and every time they said, we are initiating the payment, today is 3rd Jan and there is no refund in my account. I have booked many hotels from other websites, but never had this worst situation.
