Hi Team,
It was my first order on Zomata and everyone at home were desperately waiting for the order to arrive.
The order was expected to arrive at 9.08PM IST but it had already passed 30+ minutes from the expected time. The order then showed “Order Is Now Free”.
I then called the Delivery boy ( Shaik Shuban) to check on the status. The delivery boy insisted me to cancel the order since it would’ve taken more an hour from then, and also informed that the refund on the current order would be done and the next order would be free and asked me to place the next free order. He also told me that the next order also would be delivered by him.
I was finding difficulty getting support on refund, next order and in cancelling the order on the app, then took the support chat route. Even before I could ask more questions on my next order, the agent Faizi cancelled my order and gave a promo code and then couldn’t address my queries, so transferred the chat to another person.
I insisted the other person to talk to the delivery boy first and then take the next steps. But both the agents couldn’t reach nor could help me on the next order as mentioned by the delivery person.
