Text of Complaint by Devesh:

We are seller on meesho and we are selling branded product on meesho. Starting we got 10 order on meesho we sent all product to customer but we got 8 order wrong out of 10.

When we file safe t claim with evidence they are denied claim due to high return seller performance.

We said we shipped all goods with strong packaging we want reimburse for all wrong units.

They closed ticket without solution. After we genarated 4 to 5 tickets they said sorry the old account summary are showing in your account so please talk to account manager to remove old data then we will reimburse for all claim. We said ok

We create ticket for need account manager on this ticket messho executive said we can not provide account manager because your account performance is low.

What is this?
If you seller performance is low due to return you can ask to customer or logistic partner because we shipped all units are correct.

Another meesho issue is when we did not received claim for wrong unit we decided we will not receiv any wrong product in return but our 2 order are showing delivered. When we ask this issue to logistic team they have no answer .

Do not do business on meesho we got 40000 plus loss .
