Dear Snitch Customer Service,
I am writing to express extreme dissatisfaction with the subpar service I received. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, your customer support team provided unhelpful and misleading responses, demonstrating a concerning lack of concern and dishonesty.
To address this, I have:
1. Filed a consumer complaint (#6457865) with the National Consumer Helpline.
2. Recorded all calls and chats as evidence.
3. Initiated proceedings to serve a legal notice within 48 hours.
4. Planned to file a harassment complaint regarding the treatment I received.
