Dear Sir,

I have made more than 5 service calls to your team and your engineers have visited 4 times, but the issue is still unresolved.
#i am not able to see all those channels i have subscribed uninterruptedly i.e. some times it will work and sometime not. eg channels sony SAB HD, Malayala Manorama HD, Asianet HD etc etc. Yesterday also i have made a complaint, even though no engineer has visited, the channels started to work automatically , however stopped working after some time. 2031 channel is not showing anything, but 2032 is showing a still picture.
#My second point is, my set top box & LNB has been replaced recently, but i feel the replaced set top box /LNB is not giving the required picture clarity.

  1. I have similar problems..INSAT is dead satellite GSAT is fine. TATA sky guys are either clueless or feigning ignorance
