Dear Team, I had order breakfast from Zomato. But while i received the call from deliver boy Mr. Biswajit (Ramei) Patra (07978476679), he asked that location is mentioned wrong however not for 1 times, oftenly i order the required item for the same address & same location and also it get deliverd .
But Mr. Biswajit URF Ramei direct denied that i cant move toward my location , you may come to me. As i orderd the food for my friend who suffer with fever & medically she is not fit . Also i request to him for the same.
After some minutes i got an SMS that your order is cancelled due to your phone is out of reachable. Such a huge lier he is. is this the way how treat the customer ??
What is his role job ?? Is he deputed or trained how is the consumer service ?? I want my problem resolved soon & i want my amount refund as soon as possible. Zomato is not good
