Text of Complaint by Rajeev:

Have ordered from Burfi ghar on Oct 5th and order#1615641327. There was one item which was not with vendor and Shamili from CC team called me saying no item is available we will refund the money. Then again got a call saying that she can’t do it on call but can be done via chat support. I have contacted them on chat support and Geethanjali attended to my request. Total of 72Rs as per her was credited to my account, but no instruction was given that this has expiry date. This was my money which was refunded but not promotional offer from Zomato. Recently when I tried to use that amount it showed me expired in just 4 days.

If there is a issue from their end they will give me credits with 15 days or 20 days availability. Now when it comes to my money which is not promotional they didn’t inform me and they got expired. When checked with them on the same they are blindly saying we can’t do it and they can’t provide it which is not a fair practice.

Need the 72rs to be refunded
