Hello sir/madam

Complain regarding phone number: 9374161164 (Vodafone post-paid number)

i have visited Vodafone store 2nd time on 11 July 2020 for postpaid to prepaid connection. They take my request to change my postpaid number into prepaid number and for that i paid a big amount 500+ rs. in which i get only 28 days benefit of call and sms and data the same plan they are selling in just rs. 199. I ask them why this much of big amount you are charging they said its because of transfer is included, i said OK fine go for it.

On 14 July 2020 i got a call from Vodafone and they offer me a good postpaid plan and said sir please don’t change from postpaid to prepaid i said OK if you give me cheaper plan than I’ll continue in postpaid plan (Earlier i was paying  rs. 353.00 every month to Vodafone so they reduce the plan amount and give me offer plan of 199 + GST.) . once they cancel my request from postpaid to prepaid i got a confirmation message from Vodafone. The guy who called me for this he said go to the Vodafone store and collect the amount you paid rs. 500+  which you paid for processing fees and all.

Now the problem start from yesterday when suddenly my phone network has gone. Imminently i called customer care Vodafone prepaid department because i have another prepaid number of Vodafone, when i called and gave them my number they said it’s postpaid number issue so call postpaid department and for that i need a postpaid number if call from prepaid number then it will connect in prepaid department only for postpaid department i should have a postpaid number. Well any how i arrange a postpaid number and called them in postpaid department when i gave them a phone number they said your number is converted in prepaid number and you have to insert a prepaid sim and do a tele verification than your number will be activated now i don’t have a sim card because i gave back the sim to store.

so now my number is still not working and they said go to Vodafone store again and do all the process to prepaid to postpaid connection and submit documents.

In this corona pandemic i have to visit the store again and again plus i have a job 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM and Vodafone store close by  06:00 PM.

I request them to please send some to my please for all process but they denying.
