Without any check in they made me check in and check out and misleading with fake words that you will get your money back in 24hrs

Text of Complaint by Md saif hussain:

I have booked a hotel jaipur heritage through oyo app and made a payment around 800 rupees and when I reached hotel they denies us to check in saying that they don’t accept oyo booking and then after having hours of continuous contact of Oyo customer service talking around 10-15 customer executive one of them talked to me and he also misleaded me by making me new booking with full money paid saying that the next property is very nice and said me that the money you have paid will be get refunded within 24hrs but they falsely convinced me to make the new booking and after that I made near about 50 call to oyo but they didn’t even hear my single words every time they start transfering my call to nowhere and after that my call ends without anything done with my problems… What to do with this help me out for this kind of harassment made by oyo to me please take some action they are frauding us.
