I had vodafone corporate plan’75 for two nos. 8697009833 & 8697009733.Without any information & my permission my plan has been changed. How is it possible. I need the clarity. I really socked after getting the bill.
Before that I several times I complaint through VI app and customer care executive regarding vodafone poor network & call dropping problems. But no action has been taken care still now.
