Text of Complaint by Ukshaa Gogoi:

Hi,

I purchased two shoes from wildcraft but when i received the products i found that they were defective and cheap quality so i i ask for a return.

They said that i have to selfship as they do not have pick up facility. I agreed and have sent them the products which were delivered to them by delhivery company on 12th jan.

Now, first of all they said that they want the shipment slip and my ac details and they will refund the money. I mailed those to them

Then there was no response. I called their customer service and then they said they want the proof of delivery. So i called delhivery company and asked them for pod. Once they sent me those i forwarded them to wildcraft. They said they will refund

No refund no response.

 

I called again and then they said that the pod is not valid because it doesn’t have their company seal n signature.. but it has the seal of delhivery.

Now its been a month since the products were delivered but no response from either delhivery or wildcraft and my money isn’t been refunded yet.

We at Delhivery work tirelessly to make sure that your shipments reach you on time and in safe manner, however, since we follow our own Hub and Spoke model for transit purposes and majority of shipments touch multiple transit points it is inevitable that sometimes airlines which are responsible to carry our load offload shipments as they cannot carry weight more than stipulated on a plane, in surface mode our containarised truck tend to breakdown in route or meet with an accident,reasons could be numerous so these result in delay in transit time, which is notified as “ NETWORK DELAY, WILL IMPACT DELIVERY”, most of the reasons are beyond the control of comapny, and even though company owns a fleet of cargo aircrafts, it is hard to cover a diverse country like India on our own, we have to depend on third party transportation solutions for movement of your shipments.

    I hope I am able to clarify on the question asked.
