Dear Sir,
Sad to see this day to come when I am complaining about Vodafone. I got to know my SIM outgoing facility expired and there was no warning. I had no other choice but to recharge it, so its validity gets extend. I am using this number for the past 5 years for various purpose and I have no other choice but to keep it. I checked with customer care, solution: keep recharging. And this will be a never-ending cycle. Sir, this needs to be stopped. Even if I am using my balance, to keep it active I have to recharge. It does not sit well with me. I am sure everyone will agree, this needs to stop. The outgoing facility should be free that what I believe. Sir, why we consumer have to face this issue?
Please accept my complain and help with this. I just want this outrageous process to stop.
