Text of Complaint by Mudasir Yousuf:

Respected Sir
I put my order dated on 14 july 2020 and paid amount of 14379 Rs through my debit card. But due to covid-19 the merchant couldn’t deliver my product, they called me and asked for cancellation of my order, then, i canceled my order and on 30 july 2020 i got an email from amozon as your refund request initiated from us and same will be credited in your bank account within 5-6 working days but till date i can’t get my refund..After that i called more than 10 times to amozon customer care executive as well as jk bank executive and revealed the same story but both sides don’t pay heed my request..
Please sir help me in this regard and initiate my refund process from amozon  as an earliest.
