I ordered fruits and a pcked item from swiggy instamart on 31 may 2023 in the morning. Watermelon was one of the ordered itmes. While ordering the description of watermelon says that it weighs approximately 1.5-2.7 kg however upon receiving the order I receined a small ball size water melon hardly weighing 223gms. I immediately registered a complaint to the customer care and asked for the refund as clearly i did not received what was promised. The customer care employee was persisitent to refund me rs 18 which was only half of the price I paid for water melon. Clearly I was not delivered even the half of what promised and they were scamming me for settling on the half the price in the name of their internal policies. The conplaint number is 144472153629385. It was a time of morning where I had to leave for office while getting my household chores completed and they wasted my so much time and created an unnecessary stress for me.
