It is submitted that on 29 September a complaint had been lodged through the 198 about the speed and signal strength of 4G network in my area. and it is assured from u r customer care. side the problem will be resolved by 6 October but the matter is still not solved.Since I have recharged 4G for 28 days which is continuously been exhausted.and I am unable to avail services from the day of recharge 23 September.
Therefore it is requested to extend the limit period by the days upon which u r network system has not provided the stated speed.
