We have not ordered anything and still we have received one parcel from Ecom Express. My husband ordered on dress for me from Flipkart but one parcel comes from Ecom Express. My Husband’s name and mobile number & delivery address was there in the parcel and amount was also same as it was on Flipkart. He collected it in a hurry as he was in the office and paid INR711/-. When he got free and checked the parcel then he found two dresses of small kids. He called flipkart customer care then he got know that flipkart will deliver today. So we don’t know who have sent this fraud material and taken 711rs from him. Name was also mentioned Pravin 15 in the parcel. We want our refund.

Ecom Express is just a Carrier. We pick and deliver the parcels in sealed condition from the sender. We do not check the contents. However, to give our Customers a better experience we do walk a extra mile to coordinate with the Shopping portal to their complaints resolved.
