We have booked room in sp residency No:4, Venkannan Street, New Scheme Road, Pollachi, Pollachi, India on 28th may 2022.when we reach at 10 pm on 28th may they told that they have no tie up with agoda and they denied stay.Amount is already debited from our account and got a confirmation mail for booking.The hotel team made us to sleep in roads.Agoda team also not contacted us.When we tried to contact agoda customer care the reply was number not in use.
