We have asked for new Tata sky connection at Dhanbad whose I’d is 1314311224. We were promised that tv through Tata sky will be made available on 25th April. After continuous follow-up, we were told it will be done on 26th by your supervisor. That didn’t happen. Again it was told that 27th it will be done. Yesterday, your another supervisor said at 16:00 hrs that by today 16:00 hrs, it will positively done. As usual, that was also wrong statement. Now customer care number is also blocked to us.

I am fed up with Tata sky as they are continuously giving false statements and did not bother to install the dth connection. Only false promises are given. Today my number is blocked for your customer care number.
