Fraud by watchmart.in
I had purchased and placed order for noise earplug and smart watch combo as cash on delivery for INR1799.
I paid the Currier guy and then open the box.
I have been fooled by watchmart.in.
Received very different cheap quality product like two watches of may be 50 INR.
There is no customer car number, no return or exchange policy, no company address.
Please advice on how to proceed for Higher level complain.

I purchased noise brand but I recieved a 100rs watches pls help me I don’t find a return policy also pls help me
