I am very sad while writing this email. Delivery partner spoiled my all food from Mcdonald and while delivering it to me he spilled my whole food on the road. the food become non eatable. It got wasted. This made me hungry all my day. I tried to contact zomato customer support but it’s not working. And i told Delivery partner to report this issue of wastage of food before clicking on Food Delivered but he didn’t listened to me and got ran away with the food itself. I am attaching food pictures that i clicked before delivery partner ran away with food. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. and provide me order refund or coupon for this inconvenience caused to me by your delivery partner.
I emailed this same message to Zomato Support but they replied me only ticket number (23734616) in email and now its been 36 hours no resolution provided by them till now.
