Text of Complaint by Pradeep Kumar:

I ordered one washing machine on 20th April 2023, where I did not get any confirmation message from flipkart for order confirmation. I have to give this machine in my cousin’s marriage. As I did not get any confirmation message from flipkart. I ordered machine again because I did not have a confirmation message or product being ordered from flipkart.
As per my knowledge I ordered one machine and both machines delivered on 23rd April 2023 and I got a call from my relatives that have you ordered 2 machines than I come to know that 2 machines had been delivered. As this is the part of flipkart’s system glitches that I did not received any message for first order. What is the sense of ordering same product again, moreover flipkart does not have any sense same product ordered twice on same address they should confirm with the customer that they have ordered 1 or 2 machines. When I called customer care they are denying to return one washing machine. fault was from flipkart’s end why I did not receive the message in same time for order confirmation. This is ridiculous being a seller they can not return it and being a customer what I would do with this second machine. They are really thief how they are adamant to waste customer’s hard earned money. I want resolution of this problem. My no is 9810096473
