I brought a washing machine of whirlpool from amezon on 4th of December 2022. The machine only used 15 days and now we faces issue with its moter. We complained about it.a technician went to our home and checked and he raise request to its company portal about Motor replacement.but I got update from his side that company asked him to check once again the machine.today from 5 days no one went to my home.i am continually calling company consumer care department and they are saying that company technician will contact you in 2 hours but no one is responding.
