Dear Sir / Madam,
My name is Anand Madhusudan, I have been using my Vodafone Prepaid number 9820589431 since 2001 from the time it was Orange. Recently I was out of the country for training and was not aware that the number could be deactivated within 3 months.
But that’s not all, I approached the Vodafone gallery and was told that my number was deactivated and cannot be re-activated. Apart from that I was told that If I needed that same number I would need to buy a Postpaid card with the same number and use it for 3 months by paying a total of 900 bucks, which then would be converted to a Prepaid number.
I was surprised to hear them say that they cannot help me out, even though I was a very old customer. But that I would need to go with the Postpaid plan in case I needed the same number.
Since that is the only number that I use and have been using, I humbly request you to kindly help me out and please re-activate the number and also same SIM card that I am using.
