I was try to warrenty claim, boat rockerz blootooth neck band, i was handover that product corrier partner, after reaching service hub, then he rejected my warrenty claim, that hear net damege, and rejected my warrenty claim, then i call customer help line, he or she said, hear net demage is not Major problem, is on minor problem, and end of tha day you get some link for confirmation, after replacing another product, end of the day i not received, any link any confirmation process. and boat team will not replace my product
