Hi Team, 

 
For no. 7758042989 sim ran into issue and was showing no service since 30th March which was now(13th June)  replaced by visiting store.  
But I had made unlimited pack worth 399 recharge on 3rd March which has 56days validity. As due to no service issue I was not able to use my pack. 
Kindly note this and I would request you to provide me Atleast 1month unlimited pack with the same benefits which I was not able to use due to sim card issue.

Have sent such request to  airtel but they have not addressed the issue yet. Also could not make call to customer care as they are chargeable.
