I ordered a pair of sneakers but I got different sneakers, so I returned It But I didn’t get refund
I called customer care but they are refusing to give refund.
I neither got product nor refund this is very disappoing I am very old customer but never faced this type of issue.
Why pick up boy picked up the product without any objection, if the product has issue.
There is the fault of pick up boy so punish him Instead of torturing your customer.
Please issue refund
