Text of Complaint by Nidhi Yadav:

The walrus fitness band smart watch is not showing anything on its screen when I opened and I tried contacting them but they had not taken it seriously and this fitness band I got on 9th November 2020 which is a defective piece that they had provided me(walrus smart watch that cost me rupees399), this is not showing anything so in first I thought it is not charged so I charged but still when it is not showing anything on its screen then on 11th November in paytm help and support I mention my problem but nothing has happened.Since from that day I have trying to reach to them but that couldn’t possible ,they just give me some person mail id and some other person contact detail but they have not solve my problem .As in Amazon and in flipkart we can call but where should we can call call for our query, please do help
