Sir,
I am trying to book a ticket through IRCTC site using Paytm Wallet on 07-01-2019 at 11:00 A.M. however, Ticket booking failed due to non-clearance of payment from the wallet. Whereas a Transaction Id-100001618095450 generated and an amount of Rs.6027.32 has been debited from my Wallet vide Wallet Txn Id-22307970618. I am also attaching hereunder IRCTC site document for non-booking of Ticket. I have complained several occasion to the Paytm officials and emailed through my registered mail-id but no response from their end yet received. Over phone when I contact, their response is that \\\”your case has been closed\\\” without assigning any reason and disconnect the phone immediately.
Pl. look after the matter.
