I received 3 messages from vz-vicms stating that I have downloaded some application and so they have deducted amount from my phone balance.
I do not use internet from the phone in which that sim card is present, then how it is possible to download? And there is no such application downloaded in the phone.
Need some action on this issue as soon as possible.
