After not getting response from your 24*7 help service ( already raise the query in the paytm help centre )
Now i mail you against my issue
Personally
I am gagan sharma your paytm customer
I had ordered my iphone 6 32 gb as on 9 oct 2018
And there a offer on this product that 5050 is cash back and 3000 paytm voucher given to the customer after delivered the product to the customer
The order was received by me as on 11 oct 2018
And cash back rs 5050 received after received the product
And 3000 rs voucher will be received with in 48 hour of the delivery
ie delivery of product is 11 oct 2018 its mean with in 13 oct 2018 the voucher will be received to me, but i haven’t received this voucher .
Till now ie 23 oct 2018 i havent received a voucher
And i send a message to customer care of pay tm
But no solution is provided by pay tm and voucher also not received
So please take some action and provide me a voucher asap
If this is happen with customer ,then how customer purchase the product from your site
And how will customer faith on you

And please provide me the voucher , so that i will not disappointed from your end also
