Text of Complaint by Vishal Sojitra:

I have done the recharge on 19th April, 2018 through Vodafone application, payment done from Google’s Tez UPI.

However amount deducted from my account and on Vodafone Application the recharge wasn’t successful. Despite many complaints to Vodafone no refund have been received till today (20.05.2018).

I hereby request you to help me getting my money back and stop fraudulent practices of Vodafone.

 

Also they are not giving me the confirmation on email regarding non receipt of money to show it to the bank to claim refund.
