My mobile no 7568560441 using your Vodafone service.I have a plan of 199 but without my permission my plan is changed .and I talked with your customer care executive ,he said you must pay the bill of your upgrate paln.
How your company changed my plan without my opinion.
Please modify my bill as my previous plan of 199.so I could pay my original bill.otherwise I will not able to pay your changed plan of 399bill.
