On 25th Dec, 2019 I had requested for the Rs.149 basic international roaming (without data) for Nepal, for a duration of one week.
In January my bill generated for Dec ’19 includes a Rs.2999 international roaming pack, which I had never asked for. In spite of regularly calling up customer care they have not rectified this issue.
