i have sent below email to Vodafone customer service and Appellate @ vodafone , however they are not ready to resolve the same,
I am sure that i have not used the phone internationally after 26th August, however as per vodafone records i have used data from 18th Sep to 2 nd OCt, my question to Vodafone is if i have used Data then they can check which website i have used, as total data consumed in 11 days in 32 mb only, so there can be an error from their system also.

I am writing you this email to highlight that the bill received for +91 9820792785 is not correct.
I have been abroad for last 4 months and i have always activated Roam free as and when required,
As per i can remember my last Roam free ended on 25th August 2019 and i have paid the bill for the same in August 2019.
after 25th August 2019 i have not answered or disconnected any incoming call nor have i dialed any number. i have been using the above mentioned number only to receive sms for which i am paying 150 per month.
my last month bill which was received on 11th September was correct and i had paid the amount immediately.
However i have received a bill on 11th October 2019 which was for Rs. 8009.84 and as per my details it should not have been more than Rs. 234.82 ( including GST )
I have given a complain on 12th October 2019, and was told by the lady with 24 hours the issue will be resolved, i did call up again on 15th October and 16th October. however i haven’t got any update by when the bill be rectified.
As currently i am not answering any calls on the above number i had given my Qatar Number +974 70284759 to the lady if anyone wants to speak with me to resolve the discrepancy.
Kindly resolve the discrepancy at the earliest so that i can pay the bill as the last date is 26th October 2019
