• I am on a 84 days pack with unlimited calls and had a Rs.21 balance , I don’t have internet and don’t use it on that phone, Vodafone cheatingly deducted Rs.20 with no information and no details why it had been deducted , I have tried calling them multiple times but they did not reply , Customer service email copy paste the same message without even reading , still no refund or reasonable explanation.
