I had activated a roaming pack, of which one country where it wasn’t applicable – and I haven’t even received services there – they have charged me 31000 rs for that! Without providing any service! And they aren’t replying to emails either!
Only one answer is copy pasted without reading mails! I need these charges to be reversed! My number is 9004491116. Customer is being cheated and not given any respect! Please help
