Vodafone Account No 9833738330 Wrong Billing
1. I am in London. Hence, I deactivated my number in January 2020.
2. Due to some personal emergency, I opted for activation of my number
with international roaming in first week of March 2020.
3. The international roaming stopped functioning since 16 March 2020. Made several complaints
but no response. I understand Vodafone UK is not reaching London since 16 March 2020.
This is why my international roaming stopped functioning since 16 March 2020.
4. have been wrongly billed for March 2020 for VAS (downloading). I have not downloaded anything.
Please correct wrong billing.
5. In response to my complaint, Vodafone tells me I have not paid my bills.
There is no unpaid bill at all.
