Hi

I am Rajeev Chukka.i am an bank employee serving in emergency situation for banking needs of people.

i am using Amazon app for shopping from few years.i ordered several products with prepayment of bill with good faith on Amazon and received them from Amazon due to their best service.

As a regular practice I ordered redmi note 8 mobile phone on 17-03-2020 with order id 171-0625840-5501935 of Rs.10499/-and tracker id 239150095745 .

I have given my house owner address and his phone no for delivery as I may not available at delivery time.on 22-03-2020 we have received call from Amazon delivery boy and he told that “he will deliver the product on that day”.

we waited for him till evening.we tried to contact him.but we are unable to connect.we think that he may failed to deliver the item due to “janata curfew” on that day.

from next day govt announced lockdown.so we think that it may take few days to deliver as lockdown is going on.it also showing in notifications in your app as “due to covid 19 lockdown deliveries may by late of few days”.

so we not bothered about delivery of our product.after that I am busy with my job as we are serving in emergency situation.after some days I opened Amazon app and see that my product is marked as delivered on 22-03-2020.

then I searched Google for your toll-free number.i got 2-3 toll-free numbers which are not working.i tried to reply your delivery mail but it is undeliverable as showing do-not-reply mail id.

searched your site for help and found that “some times products are wrongly marked as delivered.we will deliver them in upcoming days”.by seeing this lines i got some peace and tried to talk with customer care to check it may wrongly marked as delivered.

from last few days I am contacting your customer care personals several times through phone call and email but none of your representative responded positively.they are saying that product is delivered we can’t do anything.

they is no “care” in their customer service.there is no “care” for customer’s money.they even not trying to track the package.they are not ready to share the delivery details like

1.who delivered the product?his name contact details?

2.to whom it delivered?

3.how Amazon marked as delivered without any authentication by signature/otp of customer?

4.how the product delivered on janata curfew day?

5.Product delivered by Amazon parcel service itself not by third party. You don’t know who delivered the product. You don’t know your employee details?

Kindly tell us the details.if Amazon unable to provide means Amazon looting the public money?we have good faith on Amazon as good ecommerce company.kindly retain our good faith on your company.

if you loses faith of me like middle class people you not only loss one active account. You will loss hundreds of customers in our circle.

Kindly do the needful as early as possible before people like loosing faith on your company. waiting for good positive reply.
