Text of Complaint by B.THAKURTA:

  • I have been using prepaid Vodafone  for 6+ years,  Its one of the important SIM I’ve been using for all my calls. I am having Rs 57 balance.
  • From the past few days I’m getting messages and calls saying after Dec 7, 2018 your outgoing services will be suspended and try to recharge with plans Rs35 and get an extension of 28 days.
  • Though my SIM validity was mentioned lifetime till 2036, it , but now it is showing outgoing now stopped and today it conveyed if I am not recharging in 15 days , incoming call would be stopped after that in 75days if no recharge done connection will be closed whether there is much balance or not.
  • How could the company have the rights to deduct the validity of SIM and how could it threaten the consumer to recharge with additional plans, when there is enough account balance in the SIM card.
  • This is very annoying and depriving the rights of the consumer.
  • Please help us by stopping such evil practices from Vodafone.
