Dear team,
I am facing the most irresponsible, pathetic and unusual phase with vodafone team right now.
I paid my December 2019 due bill in 24th Dec 2019 through credit card. According to them they reverted back that amount in my card. Most stupid thing team can ever say that they reverted back that amount after a month. Does this really happen ? Okay, fine lets take a moment to believe this. As per them it will be reverted in my card with in 7 working days only.
Believing them i choose to pay money. Today is 17th Feb 2019. NO AMOUNT HAS BEEN REVERTED IN MY ACCOUNT.
They are now refused to pay back. They dont revert back on emails. I have shared my statements with them.
I now choose to leave that connection and prefer to not to recommend this connection with any one.
I will attach PDF statement files when someone will send the mail. Now here
