Hello
I took one premium number by paying big money few months ago…. my premium number is 7830222333…. yesterday my pet dog spoiled my this number SIM…. so when I went to vodafone store from where i took this sim to get a new sim, he told me that I will have to go to Haridwar city …. I took SIM in rishikesh…. Haridwar is 40 km from my city….. what is the use of taking premium services of vodafone if I have to go to another city 40 km…. why should i go to another city when i took SIM from Rishikesh…?? pls direct Rishikesh vodafone store to issue me new SIM failing which I will have to complaint to consumer court and higher authorities in vodafone… Manish Goyal….9720128589
