i have converted my Vodafone postpaid no. To prepaid 9582462800 from Nirman Vihar store on 13 April the guy at Vodafone store asked me to pay complete bill and do first recharge from the another counter I said I will recharge my self but he said u need to do first recharge from their store only as per him I will not be able to recharge my self  from outside or online (which was the wrong information provided by him) I done recharge of Rs 249 n he said after verification it will be automatically recharged but now from last 2 days my phone is not working and when I called customer Care CCE  he said that this is the fault of Vodafone store they people did not recharge your phone  u need to visit store again it’s too far from my place what is the use of customer care?

if people at their store are misguiding customers … customer care should handle such cases and should also take serious action against it rather than sending customer here and there how difficult it is for working people to visit store again and again

today i spoke to senior supervisor at call center she was not at all helping and too rude on call she did not transfer my call to her senior even after so many request…not ready to help me for my concern my point is i did not visit to unauthorized dealer i  visited to authorized store of Vodafone even after that i am facing this issue why they people misguide and harass customers like this and Vodafone is charging 30 paisa per sec for 199 (customer care service ) why  customers need to pay charge  to their service provider ?

after charging amount of customer care service they guys are not ready to talk to their authorized store people for complaints today supervisor simply said that we cannot do anything for Vodafone store complaint we don’t entertained such complaints kindly check the call recordings why they people are sitting to helpline number just keep customers on hold and making money for that pathetic service i got from Vodafone

i gotta call from vodafone for porting my airtel number into vodafone i did  it but it was my big mistake that i have again converted my airtel number into vodafone

simply bakwas company & pathetic people at customer care
