My father ramchadra thakur visited vodafone store on 20 november 2018. For upgrading a sim becouse sim was discountined by you.

He met with sangeeta jimkal she forced him to take postpaid by sim will not start and number will be allot to some ine else if you dont go for postpaid. Take postpaid now after 1 month come to me i will convert it into prepaid.

Now i want to know:

1.Is this complusary to go to postpaid if sim is discounued by you becouse i was not upgraded???

2.for going postpaid you need only thump impression and for going prepaid you need all KYC documents???

3.If person says he is retired person and he is not abale to make a payment of postpaid sim still you guys forced to take postpaid???

4.According me if you take postpaid you need to use for 3 months then we can convert which process sangeeta told to my father???5.To activate postpaid it takes 2 hours and to activate prepaid it takes 48 hours which process you guys are follow i dont understand

6.inspite of misteke sangeeta the attitude which she shows towards customer is shameless she speaking if you not ready with this process go and take another companis services dont come to vodafone.

7.I am using vodafone from last 7 years and it is postpaid i never come across this kind of services inspite of store services i will prefer customer service team.

I really appriciate the effort they take to reaolve customers concern.

But store people i dont feel the same.

My father and me was visited Sion,Mumbai vodafone store.

And she was told us if bill comes pay the bill(prorata basis) its her mistake she gave postpaid to my father(vodafone user from last 20 years)

We will not pay any amount of bill guys ask her to pay bill on my father bihalf becouse its her mistake.

Apart from they took 262+200+33+5 chares to activate postpaid and to convert in prepaid 178+200+5

I dont think other company take any charges to convrt post to pre

Please do needful ASAP
