Dear sir,
We have purchased vodafone wi-fi modem and SIM card in the month of Jan-2019.
Details as below :

2) SIM No. : 89910271001092716988
3) IMSI No. : 404469019172311
4) Mobile No. : 9769268852
Request to convert this into “Pre-paid non-corporate plan” on urgent basis. We have called customer care number but not received proper response from them.
Kindly assist and do the needful ASAP.
