I, Yogesh Paithankar, using Vodafone service from last 7-8 years. I am working outside the country Hence Vodafone uses reduced due to which Vodafone has blocked my sim card without any pre-intimation on 18th Jan 18.
Same day we reached to Vodafone customer care for reactivation, This team has provided me dummy sim card and asked to activate withing 48 hrs. after couple of the passed & sim is not reactivated, we made complaint in customer care, nodal office & appellate office but no one is providing me solution.
As my sim card is not working my complete financial transactions are blocked, Hence i repeatedly requesting to all Vodafone team to help me out. But this peoples are replying like ,we need another 2-3 days to do investigation.
Since it’s 40 days passed of investigation and nobody from Vodafone had help me, i wish to make complaint against these Vodafone team. I have complete mail communication for your reference. My affected Mobile no is +91-8087666916
