I have been a vodafone customer since 2005 . My name is Mr.G.Chandrasekaran and my phone number is 9787778333 .

I have rescently transferred the above mentioned number from postpaid to prepaid in the month of February after clearing the pending bills on the postpaid account .

i have been using 9787778333 as a prepaid number since then . My last recharge was in the month of June which was an unlimited pack for 3 months .

I get a call from Vodafone on 20th June saying that I have a pending bill amount of Rs 400 and odd and that they have filed a case against me .

i asked them if they have intimated the balance bill amount via message or via post . A person named Meera answered that they have sent a soft copy to my mail address.

I said that I dint receive any such mail and asked them to spell my email Id . She told me a wrong ID so I said it was wrong and it was their responsibility to intimate me about the pending bill amount before any legal action, Meera couldn’t reply to my questions and hung up the call .

I called them back again Meera answered in a very disrespectful manner and said that all my details given was wrong and that she will meet me legally .

On 21 st June my prepaid number was barred without any prior notice when I called the customer care regarding this they were not ready to answer my questions and asked me to go to the Vodafone store to activate my number .

This disrespectful mannerisms by the customer care officials is to be condemned and I need the proper reason to deactivate my number without any prior notice .
