Despite of paying all my billing amount, Vodafone has stopped my outgoing calls and they have even confirmed that it’s their error. It’s been more then 5 days and still havenot received any resolution. They are just fooling around with fake commitments. It’s really annoying that being loyal customer for over 18 years how they treat to corporate accounts like this. It’s corporate number and am not able to communicate with any of my client. Who’s is responsible for such loss? Sorry and apologies will not be accepted anymore from your end. Will take all necessary steps to take action against you. Also please find attached detailed complaint which I am going to post on all social media sites to make people realise how you treat your customers. The number for which I have registered the complaint is 9978888956.
